Listen to soothing music, blow off steam to more upbeat tunes or sing at the top of your lungs.

 

3. REACH OUT

Social network is one of the best tools for handling stress. Talk face to face or phone. Share what’s going on.

4. LAUGH OUT LOUD

Lighten up by tuning in to your favorite sitcom or video, read the comics or Reddit or chat with someone who makes you smile.

5. PHOTOCOPY YOUR FACE

Sounds weird but it is a classic that never goes out of style.

6. COLORING BOOK

Buy an adult coloring book or print out images online or download an app.

7. PAMPER YOURSELF

Go to the spa and enjoy the Swedish massage, get yourself a foot rub, step in the sauna or take a sip of a chamomile tea. For home, soak in a bathtub; add lavender bath oils or aromatherapy candles and you’re well on your way to complete Zen. Give yourself a scalp massage to melt away your tension

 

8. GO ON A TRIP

Enjoy your vacation and relax to your hearts content.
